Public Invited To Celebrate 100 Years Of Aerospace Breakthroughs With NASA

To mark the 100th anniversary of NASA's Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia, the agency is inviting the public to three days of discussion and storytelling with notable aerospace experts. Portions of the event, held at the Langley Centennial Symposium from July 12th to the 14th, will air live on NASA Television as well as the agency's website. Keynote speakers at the event will include the president of France's space agency, Jean-Yves Le Gall, former NASA Deputy Administrator Dava Newman, in addition to other representatives of NASA, related government organizations, industry and academia. Admission to the event is free.
