Google Calendar Update Helps You Keep Track of Your Fitness Goals

On Thursday, Google has announced a new Google Calendar update to help anyone ready to keep New Year's resolution. In the announcement, Google has said that you can now connect Google Fit and Apple Health to your fitness goals in the Google Calendar. The Update states, that "When you do, activity in your favorite fitness apps will be recorded and used to mark your goals in Google Calendar as 'done' automatically." Before you would have to manually mark the goal as done in Google Calendar, but now that is no longer the case as it attempts to keep track and stick to your fitness goals.
